Countries Appendix PARAGUAY (35%) Paraguay initiated a new media campaign to make its citizens more aware of the country's environmental issues. The Paraguay-Parana Hidrovia threatens to destroy the world's most important wetlands, Brazil's Pantanal. Recently, the Brazilian court ordered all studies and work on the project to be suspended until a proper environmental impact study is made. |
